Good news!

After much lobbying by the freight industry the government has reversed its decision not to allow forwarders to offer marine cargo insurance to their clients.

We can now offer you the full range of marine cargo insurance cover at very competitive rates. As you would expect there are a number of exclusions and limitations depending on the type of goods and their intended destination so check with us for more details.

Whilst it is a rare occurrence, ships, planes and trucks do have accidents and it is always wise to consider taking out sufficient cover for your shipments. For example, a consignment of new machinery, professionally packed, valued at £10,000 and shipped to the USA by sea can be insured for £20.00!
